TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRICES
These prices are solely for the use of the Wholesale trade, and cancel all previous prices. All prices are quoted F.O.B. Hornby and Grand Valley and are subject to change without prior notice.
TERMS
Credit can only be established by a written credit application. For customers with established credit all invoices are net and payable in 30 days. Two percent interest per month (24% per annum) will be added to all overdue accounts. Interest charges will commence 61 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse further credit if an account is not settled within above noted terms.
ORDERS
Orders are accepted subject to prior orders and crop conditions, and on condition that the same shall be void should injury befall our stock from causes beyond our control. All orders are accepted without liability for non-performance. Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been assembled. All stock travels at the purchaser’s risk and expense.
GRADING
All nursery stock is graded in accordance with the “Guide Specifications for Nursery Stock” set by the Canadian Nursery Trades Association.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the nursery stock is true to-name and is in a healthy condition when it leaves our nursery. We give no further warranty.
CLAIMS
Always count and inspect your nursery stock as soon as it arrives at your site. Report in writing discrepancies you are claiming. We will not entertain claims of any kind when a report is not received within three (3) days. Under no circumstances will we be liable for more than the purchase price. When your shipment arrives via Common Carrier report any damages to the Carrier, as well inform our office of the problems.

HARMONIZED SALES TAX
H.S.T. must be charged on all Canadian sales.
